Can I return the motorbike outside opening hours?
Yes, it's very simple, we will explain how to do it when you pick up the bike.
Can I collect the motorbike outside opening hours?
If you wish to pick up the motorbike during the weekend, you will be charged a supplement of 20 euros in total, no matter how many motorbikes or days you rent.
What happens if I return the vehicle later than planned?
The tenant is obliged to inform the rental shop in advance of any extension of the lease and Paddock Motorbike check whether the vehicle is available for an extension. If you do not inform Paddock Motorbike in advance, we will charge you a fee of 50 euros per dayThe maximum daily cost of the rented vehicle.

Do I need previous motorbike experience to rent a scooter?
Yes, you have to be aware that you are responsible for damages and that you will be driving in a different country than you may be used to. You can rent motorbikes such as the Honda CB500F, Honda Forza 300 or even Voge DSX 525 if you have experience
How can I confirm that my booking has been processed?
Once you have completed the booking process on our website and made the required payment for the 50%, you will receive an email with the order confirmation.
Can I drive on tracks? Off Road?
No. Driving on tracks or off-road driving is not permitted.
This action may lead to the cancellation of the rental contract without any monetary refund.
What happens if the bike breaks down or I get a puncture during the rental?
You should contact us and we will find out which is the most suitable option. Likewise, in the rental contract, we will assign the necessary roadside assistance telephone numbers.
The cost of repairing the tyre is not covered and you will be charged in full. In addition, if the tyre is repaired with a temporary solution, you will be charged for replacing the tyre at the end of the rental period for safety reasons.
The lessee is prohibited from making any repairs on his own without prior notification to the lessor.
How far away is the airport?

Can I get a refund if I come back early?
This is not possible. No refunds will be given once the rental has started. We do not give refunds if the renter returns the scooter (and/or extras) before the date and time mentioned in the contract.
What happens if I get a fine?
Let's hope that doesn't happen! Nobody likes fines. We trust you to use your mobility responsibly.
You will be notified of any fines imposed and will be charged a fee of 25 euros as compensation for the penalty notification service.
Renter shall be responsible for the payment of fines during the rental period. Renter must inform Renter of any fines imposed on the Vehicle or the driver during the rental period. Renter will always be charged by Renter for the notification and handling of penalty fines imposed on Renter. The payment of fines is not included in any of the coverage that may be contracted. Rental conditions
Minimum requirements for renting a motorbike or scooter in Spain
The following are the minimum requirements for renting motorbikes and scooters at our offices in Spain. The categories mentioned correspond to the official European driving licence categories. In addition, it is essential to have good previous experience driving the vehicle you wish to rent.
Scooter 125 cc
- Minimum age: 21 years old.
- Driving licence: Category A1/A or, alternatively, Category B with at least 3 years' seniority.
Scooters from 300 cc upwards
- Minimum age: 21 years old.
- Driving licence: Category A or A2.
Motorbike up to 35 kW
- Minimum age: 25 years.
- Driving licence: Category A or A2.
Motorbike over 35 kW
- Minimum age: 25 years.
- Driving licence: Category A.
Additional information on driving licences
- If your driving licence has not been issued by an EU country, you must have a driving licence issued by a non-EU country. European Economic Union or by a country with reciprocity agreement with Spainyou must have a International Driving Permit (IDP) valid.
- Remember that the validity of the documents required to drive is regulated by the regulations of the country in which you are driving (in this case, Spain), not by the regulations of the country where your permit was issued.

Insurance and deposit
What type of insurance do motorbikes have?
The motorbike is covered by compulsory third party liability insurance, which covers personal and material damage caused by the lessee with the motorbike.
The Hirer is liable for any damage to the motorbike caused to 100% by his fault or negligence.
The lessee must notify the lessor and the competent authority of any accident, theft or damage to the motorbike as soon as possible.
The lessee is prohibited from making any repairs on his own without prior notification to the lessor.
Is a security deposit required?
The deposit is taken on collection of the motorbike or scooter and is returned immediately when you return the motorbike or scooter.
The cost of the deposit depends on the model of motorbike or scooter, from 200 euros to 600 euros.

How does the credit/debit card hold work?
This is a common procedure in car rental.
Upon delivery of the motorbike to the customer, the amount stipulated as a guarantee is blocked on the credit card. The blocking does not imply any payment, but should be taken into account because it limits the credit available on the credit card used.
Upon return of the motorbike, the amount is released immediately if there is no damage to the motorbike. If there is any damage, the damage will be assessed according to the criteria explained at the time of rental, deducting this amount from the blocked amount.
How long will I get my deposit back after returning the bike?
Once you have returned the bike, our team will carry out an inspection as soon as possible and we will immediately proceed to refund the deposit.
