The Hirer is liable for any damage to the motorbike caused to 100% by his fault or negligence.
The lessee must notify the lessor and the competent authority of any accident, theft or damage to the motorbike as soon as possible.
The lessee is prohibited from making any repairs on his own without prior notification to the lessor.

How does the credit/debit card hold work?
This is a common procedure in car rental.
Upon delivery of the motorbike to the customer, the amount stipulated as a guarantee is blocked on the credit card. The blocking does not imply any payment, but should be taken into account because it limits the credit available on the credit card used.
Upon return of the motorbike, the amount is released immediately if there is no damage to the motorbike. If there is any damage, the damage will be assessed according to the criteria explained at the time of rental, deducting this amount from the blocked amount.
How long will I get my deposit back after returning the bike?
The security deposit is released immediately after inspection of the motorbike. Please note that it may take a little longer for your bank to release the amount of money in your account. We recommend you to read this article https://paddockmotorbike.com/devolucion-de-la-fianza for more information.
