How does our delivery service work?
Book your motorbike online, select the dates and times for your hire, and tell us where you’d like to collect it. We’ll take care of arranging the collection with you.
Complete the form
We will send you a form so that you can attach your documentation and specify the sizes of your kit.
We coordinate the delivery
We’ll confirm the time and meeting point with you so that everything is ready.
Collect your motorbike and enjoy
We’ll check the paperwork, make the handover, and then you’re ready to set off.

Free delivery to the included areas in the south requires a hire period of at least 2 days. We do not offer returns to a location other than the one agreed. Meeting point
We’ll arrange a meeting point with you that’s easily accessible near your accommodation or at the selected delivery location.
Times and punctuality
Please have your documents ready and let us know as soon as possible if there is any delay to the agreed time.
Returning the motorbike
Please return the motorbike at the agreed location and time, with a full tank of fuel and all the equipment provided.
Outside opening hours
Deliveries and collections outside business hours must be arranged in advance and may incur an additional charge.
Do you need a special delivery? If your flight is delayed, your accommodation is outside the usual areas or you need to arrange a specific time, send us a message on WhatsApp before booking to check the available options.
Frequently asked questions about home delivery
Can you deliver the motorbike directly to my hotel or flat?
Yes. We offer motorbike delivery to hotels, holiday flats and other accommodation in Tenerife. When you make your booking, you can select the relevant delivery area. We will arrange the meeting point and time with you.
In which areas of Tenerife is delivery free?
Delivery is free for hire periods of 2 days or more in the eligible areas of southern Tenerife, such as Playa de las Américas, Los Cristianos, Costa Adeje, Fañabé and Adeje. You can check the exact areas on the map on this page.
Can you deliver the motorbike to Tenerife South Airport?
Yes. We offer drop-off and pick-up at Tenerife South Airport (TFS), at a cost of €40 each way. We’ll need your flight details to arrange the meet-up.
Can I collect the motorbike from your office without paying delivery charges?
Yes. You can collect and return the motorbike free of charge at our office in the Parque Santiago II Shopping Centre, unit 29, level -1, in Playa de las Américas
What happens if my flight is delayed or I arrive later than planned?
If your flight is delayed or there is an unforeseen issue, please let us know as soon as possible via WhatsApp. We will try to adjust the delivery to the new timetable, subject to our availability. Services outside normal hours must be arranged in advance and may incur an additional charge.
Can I collect the motorbike from one place and return it to a different one?
We do not offer a one-way hire service with the option to return the motorbike at any location on the island. The collection and return locations must be agreed in advance with Paddock Motorbike.
What do I need to present when you hand over the motorbike to me?
You must present your valid driving licence, your identity card or passport, and meet the age and experience requirements for the motorbike you have booked. At the handover, we will check your documents, inspect the condition of the motorbike and finalise the contract.
